This integration enables the online sending of documents (e.g., private agreements) to end users for electronic signatures via LegaleSign. It can be triggered either manually through actions in the admin portal or automatically via workflows like student re-registration, application submission, acceptance, and rejections.
Once a document is signed, further actions can be automated, such as saving the signed document to student files, emailing the signed copy to signers, updating the student’s status, and generating a protocol. With this integration, Classter streamlines document management, making administrative workflows faster, more efficient, and fully digital.
